1. Highbeam is a financial technology company and is not a bank. Banking services are provided by Thread Bank and Blue Ridge Bank, N.A., Members FDIC. The Highbeam Debit card is issued by our bank partners and the Highbeam Card is issued by Thread Bank, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa cards are accepted. For Highbeam customers with deposit accounts on Thread Bank, your deposits qualify for up to a maximum of $2,500,000 in FDIC insurance coverage when placed at program banks in the Thread Bank deposit sweep program. Your deposits at each program bank become eligible for FDIC insurance up to $250,000, inclusive of any other deposits you may already hold at the bank in the same ownership capacity. The interest rate on the Thread Bank checking accounts of up to 2.95% and Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of up to 3.00%, and the interest rate on the Thread Bank high-yield savings accounts of up to 4.40% and Annual Percentage Yield of up to 4.50% is accurate as of 8/21/2023 and is variable and subject to change based on the target range of the Federal Funds rate. The interest rate on Blue Ridge Bank accounts of up to 3.94% and Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of up to 4.00% is accurate as of 8/21/2023 and is variable and subject to change based on the target range of the Federal Funds rate. There is no minimum balance or minimum deposit required to earn interest on your accounts.

3. International payment services (non lending/card/banking products and services) for Highbeam Inc are provided by The Currency Cloud Inc. which operates in partnership with Community Federal Savings Bank (CFSB) to facilitate payments in all 50 states in the US. CFSB is registered with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC Certificate# 57129).
